Your owner portal gives you a clear view of your property’s bookings and financial activity in one place. You can access income and expenses, download invoices and retrieve year-end reports for your accountant, helping you stay informed and keep your records organised wherever you are.

We also take care of routine rental administration and guide you through the formalities required by the local town hall. This includes support with registering your holiday rental and understanding any change-of-use authorisation requirements that apply to your property. We keep up to date with changes in local requirements, explain the steps owners need to take and help coordinate the necessary information and paperwork.

Alongside day-to-day upkeep, we provide a year-end property report with recommendations for maintenance and improvements. These might include replacing worn furnishings, refreshing interiors or upgrading equipment to improve guest comfort and help keep your property attractive to future bookings.

When you decide to proceed, we coordinate the work from obtaining quotes through to completion. We agree the scope and budget with you, organise contractors and access, follow progress and check the finished work—keeping you informed throughout.

Our marketing and booking management commission is 20% HT, calculated on your base rental rate.

TVA applies to our commission and services at 20%.

When advertising through third-party platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com, we increase the advertised rate to account for their booking fees. Our commission is calculated before this platform markup, so the uplift does not increase the amount on which we charge our fee.

Commission structures can vary between agencies. Calculating ours on the base rate, rather than the higher advertised rate, keeps the platform uplift separate from our remuneration and makes your costs easier to understand.

Cleaning, linen, guest arrival and stay support, maintenance, and other property services are charged separately according to your agreed fee schedule. You can follow your rental income, commission, and service charges through your owner portal.
